Reading Assignments: Students are expected to complete all assigned readings. Reading should be completed prior to the corresponding class. Course lectures will NOT merely reiterate material from the textbook. Instead they will offer the opportunity for the open discussion of key concepts, to ask questions, and the application of material. If it becomes evident that students are not completing assigned readings the instructor reserves the right to administer unannounced quizzes.
